In addition to our 2021 partners already announced, including the Sandgaard Foundation, the Mobilize Recovery team is excited and grateful that Serve You Rx will be joining us as a presenting partner for the third year in a row!
Without the support of Serve You Rx and their CEO—Sharon Murillo—Mobilize would never have been able to get off the ground in 2019. Because of their continued commitment, we’ve been able to build robust teams across all 50 states and bring learning, community, and skills development through virtual platforms and in-person learning specific to treatment, recovery, harm reduction, overdose prevention, and more.
Serve You Rx’s commitment to ending overdose deaths is significant—and should be commended.
The Serve You Rx Opioid Risk Management Program comprehensively addresses the misuse of prescription opioids and its consequences through monitoring, education, and intervention. The program addresses the crisis of misuse and addiction, and the associated problem of rising costs, by reducing the likelihood of misuse through a multitude of proactive and retrospective approaches in four areas, including: analysis, safeguards, education, and access to treatment modalities.
Serve You Rx continues to recognize their role and obligation to the combat this crisis. To that end, they have committed substantial resources toward recovery advocacy and ending the stigma of addiction. This includes sponsorship of The Voices Project and Mobilize Recovery as well as the Wisconsin Voices for Recovery Nalox-Zone Community-placed Opioid Overdose Prevention Project.
We’re grateful for their support—and look forward to working together, once again, towards this year’s Mobilize Recovery initiative.
